At HerBliss.life, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, personal care products (skincare, makeup) cannot be returned if opened or used.

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened personal care items (skincare, makeup, wellness products)

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

📨 How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll guide you through the process and share the return shipping details.

  3. Ship the item back to us — once we receive it, we’ll process your refund/exchange.
